Application Processing Fee:  $50 per child non-refundable. Must be submitted with student application.

Registration Fee:   $100 one time, per child, non-refundable. Must be submitted upon acceptance to Westside Christian School.

Volunteer Deposit:  A $500 cheque per family, at the end of the year if volunteer hours have been completed, money will be returned with small interest.. Must be submitted with first tuition payment.

Student Supplies:   $50 per full time student per year or $25 per Kindergarten student per year. This fee covers most consumable class supplies for the school year. Must be submitted upon acceptance to Westside Christian School.

Field Trips:  Costs associated with field trips fall outside tuition fees and will be collected throughout the school year prior to participation in these special events.

Special Notes:

The yearly tuition is due on the first day of school.  To assist parents, the option is available to pay with up to 10 preauthorized debits, provided at least 10% of the annual fee is paid by the first of each month of the school year.

A charitable donation receipt for tax purposes will be issued on an annual basis for the portion of tuition paid that pertains to religious instruction.  The amount of this receipt varies from year to year and is calculated in accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency requirements.

If the applying student (s) are not residents of British Columbia (B.C.) and if the child's parents are not in B.C. with a valid student visa, additional fees will apply.  Please refer to our international application package for more detail.
